Payment & Pet Insurance
We work with you, the pet owner, to control costs by keeping our fees reasonable in relation to the quality and care received.
Therefore, we require full payment at the time that services are rendered.
As much as possible, we will give you an estimate for the cost of care for your pet. Many conditions are unpredictable and full costs cannot always be predicted. Once you authorize us to treat your pet, you will be asked to sign the initial estimate and to make a deposit if required.
We will make every effort to keep you abreast of any changes in the estimate or if any additional treatment or care may be needed during your pet’s stay.
Please discuss with our staff any questions or concerns you may have about costs before we begin treatment. We want you to be sure our staff has a good understanding of your desires before we begin treatment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Personal Checks, and Care Credit®. If you have pet health insurance, we will gladly fill out any insurance forms needed (most insurance companies reimburse clients directly after payment is made to their veterinary facility).
